Promotion Validity

  • The above offer is valid for stays from Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays until 31 March 2020.
  • Room rate is based on per room per night and to prevailing 12% government tax.
  • Room is subject to availability upon reservation of this offer.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts (e.g., Senior Citizen Discount).
  • All requests made by the guest (non-smoking room, higher floor, early check-in, etc.) are all subject to availability.

Payment Policy

  • Non-refundable advance payment equivalent to total amount of reservation is required upon booking and payable thru credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or JCB ONLY). AMEX and other credit cards are not accepted when transacting on our Online Reservation System (ORS).
  • Non-refundable advance payment via bank transfer (thru BDO) are also available. Separate terms and conditions for payment requirement are applied.
  • Rates are good for up to 2 persons / adults only. Children ages 12 years old and below and sharing beds with parents / guardian are free of charge (1~2 children per room are recommended).

Amendment / Cancellation / No-Show Policy

  • The above offer is only transferable or amenable within specified travel period. Otherwise, booking is non-transferable or non-amendable.
  • Any extension or amendment in the duration of stay (after receiving Booking Confirmation) is subject to availability of the captured offer.
  • Amendments or cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to arrival or in case of no show will incur a charge equivalent to the captured non-refundable advance payment.
  • For any amendment or cancellation due to delayed in flight, kindly provide us a copy of official “Notice of Flight Delay / Cancellation” from your Airline Carrier for further consideration of your request.

Booking Confirmation and Arriving Registered Guest Validation Policy

  • During the booking process, you will be advised to ensure the accuracy of the booking details (guest details, stay dates, room types, room rates, number of guest(s), email address). Transway Hotels will not be responsible or liable for errors in booking details.
  • Once the booking process has been successfully completed, a link of the Booking Confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided upon booking. If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation within an hour from the time of booking, please contact our Central Reservation Department (reservation@transwayhotelsgroup.com)  to resend you the Booking Confirmation link to your registered email.
  • Upon check-in at the hotel, arriving registered guest are required to present the following for verification purpose: (1) Booking Confirmation; (2) passport (for foreign guests) or any Government-issued IDs (for local guests); and (3) the actual credit card being used upon booking.
  • In the event that the owner of the credit card being used upon booking will be arriving late than other arriving registered guest or will not arrived at the hotel, the following additional documents are required to submit (at least 14 days prior arrival date): (1) fully signed “Credit Card Authorization Form” (download the form here); (2) clear scanned copy (frontside) of credit card being used upon booking; and (3) clear scanned copy of card owners’ passport or any valid IDs with signature.
  • The Hotel reserve the rights not to honor the booking if the arriving registered guest failed to provide the validation requirements mentioned above. However, the guest can still be accommodated by the hotel but will be required the arriving registered guest to personally pay the accommodation amount.

General Hotel Policy

  • Standard check-in time of 2:00 PM and check-out time of 12:00 NN (Manila Time).
  • Requests for early check-in and late check-out are honored but subject to availability. Allowable free-of-charge early check-in is from 12:00 NN and late check-out until 1:00 PM only. This privilege is extended to guests who book directly with us. Applicable charges will be billed for exceeding hours.
  • Guaranteed booked rooms will be held for check-in until 12:00 NN the following day of the scheduled check-in date, after which the booking will be deemed, cancelled upon no-show and the Hotel shall be entitled to release the booked room(s) for the remaining stay dates to other guests. No refunds will be provided for the cancelled booking.
  • Check-out. If you check-out beyond the stipulated time at the Hotel of your stay, Transway Hotels reserves the right, without further notice to you, to charge you an additional one (1) night’s stay at the then prevailing room rate or remove your belongings into the luggage storage facility (luggage storage charges may apply) and deny you further access into the room. Transway Hotels shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings as a result of the action(s) taken.
